AI Xray Body Scanner ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

 2. No Real Body Scanning 

IMPORTANT: This Application does NOT scan real human bodies in any way.

- The app does NOT use X-ray, infrared, ultrasound, or any real scanning technology.

- The app does NOT use your camera to capture, analyze, or process your body or any body images.

- The app does NOT collect any biometric or physical data of any kind.

- All visuals shown in the Application are pre-designed, computer-generated illustrations stored locally on your device.

- The Application only displays simulated visual representations of human body systems, including the Muscular, Nervous, Respiratory, Skeletal, Digestive, and Vascular systems, purely for educational and informational purposes.

 3. What the Application Does

 Body Anatomy Scanner is an educational anatomy reference tool. It allows users to:

 - Select body options such as gender, skin tone, body portion, body side, and body part.

- View pre-drawn 3D-style illustrated models of specific body parts.

- Explore different anatomical system types for educational understanding.

 

All illustrations are pre-built and stored locally. No real-time scanning, image processing, or body data collection takes place at any point.

 4. Information We Do Not Collect 

We are committed to your privacy. We do NOT:

 - Collect, store, or share any personal information.

- Collect personal data such as name, address, or identity.

- Store, record, or share any photos or videos from your device.

- Access your files, gallery, or storage without your explicit permission.

- Track sensitive user information of any kind.

- Perform any real body scan, measurement, or biometric analysis.

 5. Information Automatically Collected

 When you download and use the Application, certain non-personal technical information may be collected automatically. This may include:

This information is used only in aggregated, anonymized form to improve the Application and is never used to personally identify you.

We use the Google AdMob SDK to display personalized and non-personalized advertisements within the Application. As part of delivering ads, AdMob may collect:

- Location data (only if location permission is granted by the user)

7.1 Consent Requirements (EEA & UK Users)

 To comply with Google's EU User Consent Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), we:

- Display a Consent Management Platform (CMP) message on first launch for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom.

- Ask for explicit user consent before serving personalized advertisements.

- Allow users to manage or withdraw their consent preferences at any time.

- Accessing the in-app privacy/consent settings.

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how users interact with the Application and to improve the overall experience. Firebase Analytics may collect:

This data is collected in aggregated, anonymized form and is used solely to troubleshoot issues and improve app performance. It is not used to personally identify you.

 The Application is not specifically designed for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
